Just had to pay an GBP86 bill for a flat I DO NOT LIVE IN anymore. Have spend about a million hours on hold then got cut off (by virgin) so had to pay the bill to prevent it affecting my credit rating. I need to be sure the contact is cancelled now and get a refund but I can’t spend hours on hold on a premium rate number. I left the place in JANUARY so this is beyond a joke now. Seriously concerned my anxiety over this will give me a heart attack. Dear Virgin Media, SAVE A LIFE: ANSWER YOUR PHONES.
Try this route if you havent already. Call “Retentions” on 150 or 0345 454 1111 - options 1-1-4-5 "Thinking of leaving" - they are open Monday – Friday, 8am - 8pm and on Saturday from 8am - 6pm. – [early is best!]) you will get a UK call centre who are more helpful. Or call into your local VM high street store and see if the manager in there can sort it for you.
