I just signed up to BT Sport but I've changed my mind. Is it possible to cancel without sitting on the phone for extended periods of time?

Firstly I'm assuming you've taken BT Sport as a premium add-on rather than having it inclusive as part of the Maxit package...
If so, then yes - you can call VM to remove any add-ons but you can't process cancellations or reductions online or via this forum. Premium channels normally come with a 30day notice period
