Broken external brown box

Hi,

Our brown box and cable on the outside has been damaged. all the wires are exposed. I tried calling customer services but I didn't get any help from them. Could someone help me to fix my cable and renew the brown box please?

Luckily I have still internet connection. But I need a new brown box cover. How can I get new one? Could you help me for this please?
