Hi all,
Very new Virgin broadband subscriber, receiving modem today. However, very concerned about the state of external brown box (is it an Omnibox?). One cover totally missing, the other cover held in place by tape, all wiring exposed to the elements and the wiring also seems to be damaged. Photos attached for reference. I am hoping a moderator can pick this up and advise further on having the infrastructure repaired, as I don’t want the integrity and speed of the service to be compromised in any way.
