To Whom It May Concern,
I would like to make you aware that the brown external box is broken and is in need of repair as all wires are on show.
I also have a cable that goes all up my garden which I believe is your company's.
I would be very grateful if this issue can be sorted and if the garden cable in green be removed as I do not have Virgin.
