Good Afternoon,
My external brown box has lost its cover in the recent high winds and I have no idea where it has gone. I have tried to report this via the Virgin Media web page but cannot find how to do this.
Can any one help me with this please?

Thank you for joining me in a private chat, as advised I have arranged for a replacement cover to be fitted to your Omni Box (the brown Box on your wall) the Technician will need access to the area where the box is, if there are any locked gates ETC please make sure these are unlocked.
