they dont have a customer email, you should have got a letter if your bill is set to rise or you can phone up on 150 from a virgin phone

Hi @NeilAllen thanks for posting and welcome back to our community.

Sorry to hear of any confusion regarding the 2022 price increase.  Are you currently enjoying the benefits of an introductory deal?  If so the price increase won't impact that deal and it will be honoured until the expiry of the deal and of course, your current minimum term contract.
