Hi,
I upgraded my broadband from 200 to 500. I received an email to tell me it had been actioned and the new package was active earlier today but my wired speed is still 200 12 hours later. Any ideas how long it takes for the new speeds to show up? At what point should I contact support? Do I need to restart the router?

Which hub do you have?
You need a hub3 or higher to access the M500 speeds.
It may also be worth checking your PC internet card and make sure it's capable of the higher speeds

Thanks for your post and apologies to hear you've not noticed a difference since upgrading your speed.
Taking a look at our systems, I can see the speed has gone active for you.
Please reboot the hub and this should ensure the speeds have increased for you.
