Broadband not listed against my account

Recently started a new contract. Broadband was supposed to be upgraded along with rest of the package. Everything else listed on account pages and all good.  Broadband not listed and I suspect I haven't had a speed increase. 

Broadband just says click here to join...

If the broadband is listed as part of the bundle then it would have been upgraded. You can check this by going to your account online: virg.in/myVM  and having a look under your contracts page.

I have also sent you a private message to confirm your account details. So we can sent your webpage issue to our IT team.
