Broadband confirm delivery date and account not yet received

Hi,

After 6 days from my order for your M100 Fibre Broadband package I have not received any sort of communication from Virgin Media yet. I have called your customer service and they were not able to find my contact in their system. How is that possible that I have received by email on 3rd July 2022 your Virgin Media Contract Summary Sheet but still nobody has contacted me to confirm delivery date? What is my account number which is not indicated in theVirgin Media Contract Summary Sheet?
