Signed up to virgin media with the guarantee of the £75 amazon voucher. 

Have not received voucher or email and its been more than the 60days from signing up (though we weren't advised we would need to wait so long for it )

I am sorry to hear you have not received your voucher. How did your order this was it online? Was it a 3rdparty site or directly on our site

Did you receive confirmation of the order with the voucher included?

I think the best way to fix it is to text them at 07533016422 and tell them that you were promised an amazon voucher.

We signed up through virgin directly when someone called to the door and was told about the voucher when we signed up. 

We've got two houses with the same promise and both haven't received it

Our field sales agents cannot offer these to customers. Do you have any evidence such as an order slip from the salesperson to confirm the offered this?

Yes our sign up contract says we're signed up for it
