Broadband & TV removed without requesting

Hello,

Called up VM on 27/12 to renegotiate - wasn't happy with package they offered me, so said I would like to leave (have done this before as a bargaining tool), was told services would remain for 30 days Renegotiated a new deal on Monday 02/01 for Broadband, Phone & TV. As soon as the call finished they removed my TV & Broadband packages and are saying they cant reactivate them and I an engineer to come out and something about my phone number has been ported to Openreach (Which I never requested). Has anyone had anything similar happen?

We will do all we can to assist you further with this but can you please expand on what the team have advised in regards to the engineer visit and why this would be needed?

Have you previously made enquiries to Openreach about switching over to their services?
