Broadband Service Issue

Hi, we had a Virgin Media broadband on our address that ended like a week ago and we still have the wall box, but now when I want to order a new contract, your website says there is no service on our address. That makes no sense. There is no contact, no possible way for a new potential customer to contact your company. I have no customer number nor virgin media phone number so your phone bot won't let me thgrough to speak with the real person. Please at least tell me how can I contact your company to solve my problem.

I'm sorry to hear about the issues you have been having with trying to take out new services. I'm happy to take a look in to things but I've been unable to locate your old account on our systems using your forum credentials.
