Broadband Reconnection

Hi Team, 

My internet got disconnected on Dec 06th.  The retention team informed me that they have created a ticket for my reconnection and i have paid the full balance amount. They asked me to wait for 72 hrs to get it back online. After 2 days i tried calling them again, now they saying that an occupancy is created and you need to make another request for reconnection which will take another 48 hrs. Not sure the 48hrs they mentioned is only working days.. Its almost 4 working days completed after my internet got disconnected. I begged the team to reconnect it back as I am a student and have to submit my assignments this week. No one heard me. Now I am not sure when will my internet will get reconnected. If someone from the Virgin Media broadband team is reading this, please dont make your customers wait this longer for reconnection. We are struggling here without internet to do our assignments and work from home. please help
