Broadband Package Downgrade

i currently have M350 Fibre Broadband/phone this is £47 per month.

im wanting to downgrade this has i cannot afford this, tried phoning VM but options are confusing so gave up.

Contract start date:7th December 2020

end date would be: 6th june 2022

i dont want to cancel just need to downgrade.

You would need to speak to either regrades or retentions (thinking of leaving) by dialling 150 from your VM landline,however it's doubtful you will save much if anything at all as you are already receiving a substantial discount. downgraded my package to 50MB until further notice @ £29 per month
