Morning Have not received boxes to return equipment, does anybody know how it takes as cancelled over a month ago and service now cancelled.

Hi @Gary06028, thanks for your post although I'm sorry you haven't received the returns packaging yet.
I can see that you've already got confirmation of this over the phone today, but I just want to confirm that the packaging is only generated and sent, once the services have been disconnected.
As you give a 30 day notice period before removing a service, this wouldn't be taken into account in terms of the wait time - it'd only be from when your services stopped working.
Generally, it's approximately 14 days once your service has disconnected before you receive your packaging.
