Boosted bundles for existing customers

We have the Full House bundle, and are already paying for a Virgin Mobile sim.

Are we able to move both these to this new boosted package and save?

I'm having the same issue, customer service was useless, they had no idea what I was taking about and when they did they gave me some complicated story as to why it couldn't be done.

So I'm none the wiser who this boosted bundle is aimed at?

Thanks for your post, and sorry for the confusion surrounding the new boosted bundles.

 

These would be available for new and existing customers, from the sounds of it it sounds like you're being put through to the wrong department.

 

When calling 150/ 0345 454 1111 you would need to ask for the FMC department Smiley Happy

Mine was all updated within 5 minutes. There is a special team in Sheffield dealing with VVID updates. Excellent service. Not often you can say that about VM.

Same here When we phoned the person at virgin said, she knows exactly what we were asking an that is only on the VIP bundle... which I didn't think was right as online its multiple bundles that this is on. To be clear though, she also said that if we were to do it, we would have to take out a new virgin mobile contract with a new phone etc and so the number we are using for mobile at the moment will change. Is this correct, or can we use the existing virgin mobile number and sim contract and merge to a boosted bundle? Thanks

That's exactly what I've been trying to find out but I've heard so many different versions of what you can and can't do regarding this boosted bundle thing that I'm more confused now then I was when I first starting trying!
