Signed up last night via field sales rep. I am eligible for a blue light card discount was told I can call up and add this. Is this true?

Welcome to the VM Community.

A member of the Forum Team may pick this up for you in a day or two, however they don't tend to frequent the Natter Forum so I've moved your post to the Managing Your Account (cable) Forum.

You could also contact either Sales or New Accounts and Set up on 0800 052 0422 to check if they can apply a Blue Light Discount.

Blue Light Card discounts need to be made directly though the company you work for via your intranet site. You can sign up for the discounts here https://www.bluelightcard.co.uk/ and once you log in to the website, simply search for Virgin Media.

That's not a bad idea as you can then reapply via the bluelight website and receive the extra discount.

You could also try looking at the following  sites:-

Apologies that it was not made clear to you that you need to apply via the bluelight website to receive the discount first.

 

To cancel your order, please text 'Cancel my Order' to 07533 016 422 - this number is free to text. Text between 7am and 11pm Monday to Friday, 8am and 8pm Saturday to Sunday and we will get this sorted for you.
