Bills from more than 1 year, how to download?

Hello, 

I am trying to download my bills from 2020 but my online account only lets me download them until Feb 2021, I need to download them regarding my personal incomings and outgoings for the last 2 years, can you please let me know how I can get my bills during the year 2020, it is of upmost urgency as I have an appointment next week and need to send my last 2 years bills of all my bills at my house, I have feb 2021 till 2022 current, but need my bills from 2020.

I have tried calling but really long wait times, the last one 39 minutes, and no responses to live chat on whats app or emails....

Please let me know if anybody can help.
