Hi do I get VM to sort out my correct billing?
they are charging me £200 per month and then cutting me off for not paying?
i have called 6 times and each time they say the matter will be resolved yet nothing after 10 weeks?
i am at the end of my patience. VM is the worst organisation for customer service I have ever had the misfortune to experience
