Hi, I haven't been receiving monthly bills (either online or through the post) and I have billing enquiries. But as I don't have a bill, I am unable to make an account online to view this.
My bill for the last 4 month's has been £16- £48 over my normal payment and as I pay via direct debit I was unaware of how much I was paying.
Please let me know the quickest way to access my bills and resolve this.
