I am sorry to hear that you have had some issues with your bills.
On your last bill, is it showing as being in credit?

No I can’t it didn't give one just said from virgin Media, I called Virgin they said they’ve had quite a few complaints about the same issue, they put it down to a scam. Regards Ian
