Billing query. Newbie

Just signed up for broadband, and have my install booked for this Wednesday.

Got my first pro forma bill, and it states that I have my install fee, first month up front, then my monthly charge as well, all lumped into one bill, which is £89. (2 x £32 + £25)

However, the deal I got with the visiting agent, was £100 credit to my account, and that would be gifted in months 2/3/and 4.

How can that be if they are taking a month in advance?

Re: Billing query. Newbie

Hi Quinny1,

Welcome to our community forums and thank you for taking the time to get in touch!

We do charge in advance which means we have to catch you up on your first bill, you can find out more on the above link paultechy has provided.

We would apply any credits once the services have been installed. Did you get any confirmation which includes the £100 bill credit?

Thanks,
