Billing issues: New contract

Hi,

 

More for the mods to sort a billing issue out, well 2:

I am not impressed with the message us service, no one is responding and the overseas call centre just read scripts, and then cut you off mid call!

1. Contract number: 26/010459010/01, I will be changing package and have a query as to how it is charged: My billing period is on 7th August, one day after that the package changes from £37.99 to £26. I will pay £37.99 in Aug, £21.17 in Sept and £26 from Sept onwards. I know this is paid in advanced.

So, how can I be charged £7.16 (£37.99- £26 -(£26-£21.17)) for one day on the old package. How is this calculated?

2. My current contract (Contract number: 26/009693738/01) says that the monthly charges from June will be £34.99, I have been charged £37.99 for June, July and also will be for August. So hopefully a simple refund should sort this out, but I am fed up of VM taking more than contracted!
