Hi there,

Can anyone from Virgin help with a billing query ? Renewed my contract, promised £35.00 a month. My bill arrived today 28th Oct for £46.62

Thanks for posting, and welcome back to our Community Forums.

Sorry to hear there has been some confusion with your package. Depending on the changes you have made, you may see pro-rata charges, or refunds. For example, if you change your package in the middle of your billing cycle, you may see a slight increase/decrease in your price for that single month - this is to balance out the additional days where you had implemented the changes

However, you may have a 30-day notice period, in which case, your package will remain at its standard pricing and will then adjust when the 30-day notice is up.

Does your most recent bill identify any potential reasons as to why the pricing is different?
