As a broad rule of thumb, any re-bundle that includes an element of promotional discount will re-contract
Also adding and removing premium channels at full-price without any discount.

Thanks for posting on our community forum!
Mostly all changes would require a new contract to be created, this is an automatic process. I'd suggest calling in on 150 or 0345 454 1111 and our customer care team will be able to check this with yourself and let you know if a new contract would be created.
