Billing - £3.25 discount not applied

Not sure where to post this but before the deadline I rang up VM and after speaking with CS got put through to an automated system saying I would be discounted £3.25 so effectively the recent increase would not apply....well guess what it did not happen and my bill has gone up £3.25.

Who do I contact?

Thank you for making this post regarding our price increase, I'm sorry to hear that your bill has increased despite the automated message you received. I would like to take a further look into this now, I shall send you a private message so we can clear DPA and investigate further.
