Why don't I receive a email with my bill now, I only receive one telling me it's late and have been charged

I'm sorry to hear that you're not receiving your email when your bill is ready.

 

Have you recently changed anything on your account at all? Did you previously receive them okay?


When you log in to your online account are you able to see that the email address is set up correctly?
