I am trying to find how i can see a bill to work out what exactly is my package ! The links on the help pages just bring you back to the same thing each time and dont show me a bill and yes i am signed in before anyone asks

So just to clarify when you are signed into MyVM and go to look at your latest bill, what is advised?

you just get these backwards and forwards and no showing if a bill !!

Do your My Virgin Media email address and your ebilling notification email address, match?  If they don't this could explain the issues you're having.  I would like to take a look on your behalf.  I am going to send you a private message.  Please look out for the purple envelope in the top right of your screen.
