I’m so confused I have had loads of problems so virgin upgraded my speed to 350 for the same price I’m saying for 200 what is 28 but when I look at the upgrade page it says 32 and when I look at next bill it says 31 and then it has loads of things taken off what I don’t get so how much is act my bill each month as I was promised that they are keeping the price the same so 28
