Bill price is more than what was promised

Hi,

 

Last month I called to bypass the price rise which was successful but I had problems getting to that point so a 'manager' gave me a bit extra off for a few months (until August I think) but this isn't showing in my latest bill. Please see screenshot.

Can anyone help with this on here?
