My bill was generated on the 31 of December 2021. It was paid on the 31 of December 2021. I have an email confirmation and it shows on the app . However your site is telling me my bill for December for 2021 is overdue and I will charged late fees and my service cut.
I waited 45 minutes only for the person on the phone to tell me my account cannot be verified despite having the information about the bill in front of me.
Now the phone line keeps hanging up. I have literally never paid late and I'm not paying you twice.
What on Earth is going on?

If you paid the full bill on the 31st December and have the receipt fore this
Then I can assure you no late payment fees are due or the service is due to be cut
I can look into this for you, if you like
