Bill increase by £13 and poor broadband and customer service

My broadband has been dropping for months especially my wifi signal when i check my service status its says problem in the area and will be fixed by 15:00 everyday for weeks after 15:00 says its fixed but problem is still their been in contact with customer service thats says no problems and im also on my 3rd modem and to top it off received a letter saying bill is going up by £3 which i didnt think was bad but got my bill and its gone up by £13, every time i call im on hold for a minimum of 30 mins and a soon as i speak to someone they put me straight back on hold im at the point now were i would like a direct number for retentions to get away for these con astists
