Bill breakdown

We use to get a breakdown of our charges on Virgin Bill each month

Why is this not still available?

is this for your phone bill or all services e.g. broadband/telephone/Tv

For everything

Tells me I have tv full house etc

But use to say tivo box was £.....

This was £......

That was £.......

Just tells me the cost for everything on full house and not separate

Full House doesn't have separate charges, it's a bundle deal, and that's what you get charged and what shows on your bill.

Even where you change services, that becomes a new bundle deal with a new whole bundle cost and is quoted as such.

Line items were removed when that bundle charging came in quite a few years ago now, because the older way of showing the packages with lines for costs and discounts no longer applied to how Virgin Media offered services.

That's all very well but how do you know if you are being overcharged

My bill is now nearly £90 a month

What do you mean by overcharge? The bit that matters is whether your bill matches the last notified price that Virgin Media said you would be charge for your selected services.

If you mean you want to know whether you can get a better bundle deal for your services or not that's something different, but again goes back to a total bundle cost agreed between you and Virgin Media.

Neither situation would be changed by a line item breakdown of your services on your bill, as that's now how the bundles are priced or agreed.

I was never told my bill would be whatever a month

I use to have an itemized bill then it changed to this

I have a v box and an extra vivo box and am charged for that but don't know how much I'm being charged for that

O have extras with the phone but not told how much that is

I would suggest speaking to Virgin Media then. You can discuss your current bundle and services and decide whether you want to keep them as they are or change them.

If you change them you'll agreed a new bundle total that'll be reflected in any future bills.
