We just came to the end of our first year contract (Player Bundle). When we were in contract we were paying £33 a month service charge, which was to go up to £48 a month after the initial 12 months.
I just received my first "out of contract" bill and the service charge has gone up to £51 a month - not the £48 stated on my initial contract.
Can someone from Virgin tell me why this extra £3 a month has been added, please? Cheers.
There was a general price increase in November which you were protected from and now have to bear.
