Last month i had to pay my wifi bill late due to some complications with my bank account. Now it is time to pay for this month’s bill, but I am being told that I still need to pay for last month as well as pay a late fee - even though I have proof of payment for last month’s bill and was told that I do not need to pay the late fee. Could anyone help me get this corrected?
