Bill Paid but says overdued??

I paid my bill in March (and just now April) and it says I still owe that??. Please can I get some help and clarity on this please. Also I was well within time to pay so not sure why the extra charges.

Thanks for posting and welcome back to the community.

I am sorry for the bill confusion, if paying manually, this can happen, also if you leave it till the very last day of the payment cycle before the next bill produced.

Depending on when you pay the bill as well, if for example paying on the same date as the creation date of the next bill, this is why you'd incur a charge.

I paid on time (few days late how I always done so far) before late charges occurred so why is there a late charge on there for £7.50 now. And paid for month of March.
