Hello dear community. Now my preference tariff has ended after 18M contract. So I want to know what's the best thing to do to keep the lowest rate. Im on 100MB Plan BB+Landline.
Any previous experiences from any of you? Thanks in advance.

dial 150 or 0345 454 1111 and follow the prompts to - 'thinking of leaving us' - then "technical issues" - dont worry about that they do much more call at just after 8am. Make sure you have the details of a competitor's package when calling so that you sound serious.
