My bill is currently being overcharged by about £10 for my wifi. I selected a bundle offer in which it's supposed to be about £34 a month yet they are taking more than that.
I don't have time to phone them so is there an email I can contact? I need this issue resolved asap as cannot afford the amount they are taking.
