Being overcharged

My bill is currently being overcharged by about £10 for my wifi. I selected a bundle offer in which it's supposed to be about £34 a month yet they are taking more than that.

 

I don't have time to phone them so is there an email I can contact?  I need this issue resolved asap as cannot afford the amount they are taking.

Hi there is no email for this, billing issues can't be dealt with on here as its a public forum, I'm afraid phoning is the only way to achieve this. Regards Micky
