I already arranged and had a man from the virgin media team come and collected my equipment, but now I'm being charged £40 for a "SuperHub Non Return Charge".
I've no clue who to ask to fix this.

I'm sorry to hear you're seeing a charge for your equipment. To clarify, has the collector been to your property and collected the equipment? If so, how long ago was this?
It can take up to 14 days for any returned equipment to be recognised on your account, and any charges removed.

Yes, I've returned it, much longer than 14 days ago.
On the 26th of October I returned it, and got this SMS message:
Thanks for sending our kit back, we've got it now. We'll credit your account with any fees that may have been charged.
