Hi, I was wondering if anyone could help with this problem?
My VM account went in to collections a few months ago after I lost my job, I paid it the other day now that I have employed again to the collections agency as I couldn't log in to my VM account to pay it directly. After I paid it, today, I've gotten a bill for £130 for the period that went to collections??? Does it need time to show up on the account or am I now having to double pay?
Its likely to take a bit for the collections peeps to tell VM its sorted.
Dont even THINK about making another payment (for payment in advance for services), sort out the priority stuff. Even being out of work for a short time can throw things into chaos, prioritise what NEEDS paying not your broadband bill.
