Being Charged Too Much

Hi

I joined Virgin Media in April, and signed up for the Big Bundle 200 with TV, phone and internet for £38 (ish) a month.

I have just logged in to check my bills and have found out I've been being charged £51 a month for Big Bundle 100.

I have tried, unsuccessfully, to speak to someone on the phone, who just put me on hold for 30 mins and didn't come back.

How can I get this sorted out please?
