Been lied to multiple times and passed around now getting nowhere with complaints.

contract came to a end, called to in Feb to renew and its been a nightmare since been lied to multiple times by customer support and retentions with proof! finally submitted a complaint just to receive this generic response that gives me no resolution.Fr7Ss_EX0BkReHq.jpeg

Sorry to hear of the experience, package issues and complaint resolution offered. We appreciate you taking the time to raise this via the forums and welcome to the community.

 

From the image provided, we can confirm that any instances of dissatisfaction relating to agents are dealt with internally. The outcome of these aren't shared externally as you can appreciate. In regards to the package, have you been able to view your package online to see what deal you are on? If this has recently changed, the first bill produced covers two months of service so may explain the higher amount? 

 

Have you viewed the bill for a break down of what it relates to and covers?
