Been charged for free setup

Hi

I signed up for Virgin broadband last month and I've just received our first bill and it looks like I've been charged £35 for setup but when I signed up there was an offer for £0 setup fee (I have screenshots of the order showing this and also my confirmation email).

Can you please look into this?
