Been billed twice

Hello, I have a £22 and £39 monthly payment for my mobile it says the £22 was manual and £39 was direct debit I manually paid the £22 on the 26th and the direct debit came out today (£39) and now the £22 has also come out as direct debit so ive ended up paying £22 is there anyway to get that manual payment refunded?

Thank you for coming back to me about this. If you already have a card registered with us on our system, you can call in on 0345 600 0789 to speak to our Mobile team and they will be able to refund this for you.
