Hi, just got my welcome email with details but no area reference code to sign up for my online account. Can someone share what my area reference code would be for E17 4HE?

It seems like my account is still connected to the old user email address after I had requested Account Transfer using a Form from Virgin Media.
Can you let me know who I can contact to sort this out please?

Just to confirm, are you a brand new customer or have you taken over an existing account?
If you are able to log in, you should be able to reset the username, password, name, and some other details from inside your online account under 'My Profile'.
Do let me know if you still need help.

I tried to login using the details from the welcome email but I got this message:

Sorry also, I'm not even able to login or create a new online account
