Welcome to our forums and thank you for your post. The area reference for the majority of Milton Keynes is 27, but it doesn't look like our cables reach the postcode you've provided.

Could you please confirm whether you have active Virgin Media home services?

There isn't any Virgin internet services yet in our area although I believe that you are currently laying fibre to the cabinets so soon! The reference area code seems to be needed to download and use the App on virgin mobile contracts which our family use. I'll try 27...

Thank you for confirming. You wouldn't need an area reference for any mobile services, as this is a reference for cable connections only.

It sounds like you may be trying to use the wrong app, or the wrong section of a joint app. To manage your online account for a Virgin Mobile, you would need to download the Virgin Mobile app. In order to use wifi hotspots via the Virgin Media Connect app, you would need to head to the mobile section and switch off wifi to sign in with your Virgin SIM.

If you're having trouble using any of our other apps, please let me know which so I can advise accordingly.
