Welcome to the forums and thank you for your post. I'm sorry to hear that you've been struggling to locate your area reference.

I'm afraid that this depends on more than just your postcode or area so we wouldn't be able to advise based on the information you've provided.

However, you should also be able to find your area reference on your contract or welcome pack. Have you received any emails/documentation from us?
