Hi there, can someone tell me what area code I reside in. I know that it was on my joining pack, however I have just got round to registering and can't find the pack. I know my account and phoned customer services. They said they couldn't tell me over the phone,even though I passed all the security questions, they said they would email it. I'm still waiting . Now that a couple of months have passed.I I have given up. My postcode is G13 3YN

Sorry that you've had issues locating your area code. This should be area 28 for the postcode you've shared.

For future reference, this should be on your welcome pack and any bills you've received. As well as on your online account once you're set up.
