Hi, I can't find my area code anywhere. I can't find any emails either as I can't actually remember what email address I used to start my account all those years ago! (I have memory loss issues), I'd really appreciate it if someone could tell me my area code so I can attempt a bit of account management.

They call them area codes, but they are actually billing system codes. They relate to former cable franchise owners VM has taken over. Coventry is ex-NTL, which is 31. This code also includes Reading, Guildford, Cambridge & most of the Home Counties.
